Activate Your LiveAction Purchase
1. Getting Started
Download LiveAction software from www.liveaction.com/download/links/. The software download will reflect the 14-day trial by default and will require a valid license key to unlock the paid permanent version and additional devices.
2. Confirming Your LiveAction Order
The order processing web form will prompt you for the 10-character Activation Code(s) issued by your Cisco sales representative through the Product Notification sheet. Please enter ALL of the codes that were provided to you. After successfully submitting the form, the information will be processed. Your LiveAction license key will be emailed to you within 24 to 48 business hours once the submission is verified.
3. Maintenance & Support
Your LiveAction perpetual license purchased through Cisco SolutionsPlus does not come with maintenance services. Purchasing LiveAction maintenance and support is highly recommended. Your LiveAction subscription license includes maintenance and support. This service provided by LiveAction will include annual technical support and the right to new versions. If you are interested in adding maintenance & support, please fill out the form on the third tab “Maintenance and Support” or contact your Cisco or reseller rep.
