Three Things LiveAction Channel Partners Will Appreciate This Year

This year, LiveAction will continue its efforts to build out and invest in its channel program, so partners can expect to see some pretty exciting developments in 2019. Indicative of the tremendous growth and momentum the program is already experiencing, leading channel publication CRN just announced that LiveAction’s very own Senior Vice President of Channel, Joe O’Connor, has been named a 2019 Channel Chief. CRN’s prestigious list of the IT channel’s top leaders is handpicked each year based on applicants’ dedication to the channel partner community, standing in the industry, professional achievements, and strategies for driving growth and revenue for their organization and its channel partners.

This level of industry recognition is just one example of LiveAction’s channel growth and success. Partners are feeling the momentum too.

“As the market has continued to shift toward cloud and SD-WAN, we’ve really started to see the power and value of using LiveAction’s solutions,” said Stephen McElduff, Strategic Account Director at iVision. “LiveAction gives our clients a cost effective, easy-to-install, and easy-to-use tool that can expose application-level traffic on their networks. What’s more, the team at LiveAction offers one of the most engaging partnerships we have, and our clients love seeing that engagement.”

Here are three things partners can expect from LiveAction’s channel program in 2019:

1. Exciting New Products and Technology Enhancements – Late last year, LiveAction turned heads by rolling out the industry’s first Unified Network Monitoring Platform. The key to this innovative new offering has been the integration of network flow data with packet capture and analysis, giving network operations (NetOps) teams the most comprehensive network management solution on the market. In 2019, partners can expect to see more substantial integrations and innovation, especially when it comes to LiveCapture, LiveWire and Omnipeek updates.

2. Fresh Incentive Packages – LiveAction believes that its success as a company is directly correlated to the strength of its relationships with, and support for, its channel partners. As such, partners that are able to successfully drive LiveAction solutions in the market will have the opportunity to take advantage of brand new incentives packages through the Live Reward Program. Those that register qualified opportunities through the LiveAction Partner Portal will receive cash rewards, with special incentives for closing deals by the end of Q1 2019. As always, these rewards are split between partner sales representatives and sales engineers. Additionally, sales engineers will also receive incentives for completing advanced training courses and earning LiveAction certifications.

3. A Completely Revamped Partner Portal – Launching in Q1 2019, LiveAction’s new Partner Portal will offer a wealth of updated product and technology training content and resources. It also features a streamlined, intuitive deal registration process, offering 90-day protection for all new opportunities submitted and claimed through the platform.

“LiveAction and ePlus work together on multiple fronts. Our sales and engineering teams leverage the entire portfolio, including LiveNX and LiveUX to offer visibility and troubleshooting to customers, while specific features such as LiveWire and LiveCapture enable us to help them more easily troubleshoot complex VoIP and real-time application issues requiring packet captures,” said Bill Evans, Director of Cloud Infrastructure Solutions at ePlus Technology. “Our Managed Services team utilizes LiveNX for root cause analysis and troubleshooting with excellent results, while LiveAction’s support and training program has ensured our customers and our staff are successful in leveraging this powerful suite of tools.”
