Suzette Bana is a Technical Support Engineer at LiveAction. She is passionate about delivering world-class technical support to customers and partners. Suzette joins our LiveAction team from Barracuda Networks where she supported various network security products. Prior to joining Barracuda Networks, she was a Cisco Network Academy student at Ohlone College where she volunteered to help upgrade the NETLAB which allows students to access the Cisco Network Academy equipment pod from anywhere on the internet. She was selected to participate in the MPICT International ICT Capstone Pilot project in Paris, France. Suzette received a Student Award for Excellence from the National Science Foundation ATE Program. She has a Bachelor degree from the Asian College of Technology, Philippines, where she studied Computer Engineering. In her free time, Suzette enjoys baking, sea glass hunting, hiking, and running 10K’s and half marathons.
