Karen Miller is the VP, Customer Experience of LiveAction. She is a seasoned technology leader with almost 20 years’ experience in software sales and management. In her career she has built sales teams in the US and overseas, developed new markets in over 15 countries, increased channel partner recruitment and created Sales Development and Customer Success teams to address changes in the selling landscape brought on by SaaS and cloud adoption. She has a BA from UC Santa Barbara, an MBA from San Jose State University, and is fluent in Portuguese. In her free time, Karen enjoys reading, traveling, and has completed numerous obstacle course and overnight running relay races.
