Julie Rosario is currently a Tech Support Technician at LiveAction. As a critical part of the Technical Support Team, her duties include, but are not limited to: assisting customers with their initial downloads, installation, and startup of all three tiers of LiveAction software solutions.

Prior to working at LiveAction, she deployed servers and got them running on the network for customers as a Senior Data Center Technician at GoGrid (acquired by DataPipe in 2015). Julie also worked for the U.S. Army as a Senior Telecomm Equipment Installer/Repairer for seven years, where she was primarily responsible for the maintenance of cable and wire communications systems, communication security devices and other associated equipment.

Julie holds an AS degree from City College of San Francisco (CCSF) (2014), where she majored in Computer Networking and Information Technology (CNIT), with a concentration in Cisco Networking. To add to her accomplishments, she is now working towards receiving CCNA certification.

During her spare time, Julie enjoys hanging out at the dog park with her chocolate Labrador, running half marathons and attending concerts.
