LiveAction Named a Challenger by Gartner in Magic Quadrant for Network Performance Monitoring and Diagnostics
Evaluation based on Completeness of Vision and Ability to Execute
Palo Alto, Calif., February 27, 2017 – LiveAction today announced it has been named a Challenger in the 2017 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Network Performance Monitoring and Diagnostics¹ and recognized in Gartner’s Critical Capabilities for NPMD². LiveAction ensures corporate IT networks deliver next generation digital experiences by providing insight, assurance and control of their infrastructure and applications. This is the first time LiveAction has appeared in the report. In it, Gartner evaluated LiveNX, a network visualization and analytics platform.
LiveNX enables IT professionals to visualize and monitor network performance of applications across the hybrid WAN to pinpoint issues and troubleshoot them in real-time. For example, executives and business users at Global 200 companies rely on LiveNX to ensure high quality voice and video calls such as those run through Cisco WebEx or Skype for Business, especially as distributed workforces login to collaborate with colleagues and customers. For CIOs, LiveNX provides complete visibility and assurance in the rollout of SD-WAN technology, reducing cost and complexity of global networks.
In its latest Magic Quadrant for Network Performance Monitoring and Diagnostics, Gartner recognized 17 companies; LiveAction was one of four included in the Challengers Quadrant, where it’s positioned the furthest for completeness of vision.
“We believe this recognition by Gartner further validates LiveAction’s momentum as we continue to invest in our network performance analytics platform and respond to the growing market demand for our battle-tested insight, assurance and control of enterprise networks,” said Darren T. Kimura, executive chairman, LiveAction. “As mission-critical enterprise applications proliferate across public and private clouds and data centers, businesses are relying on LiveAction to simplify the network and troubleshoot issues in real time resulting in more productive and satisfying digital experiences for customers and employees.”
