LiveAction Partner Levels
The LiveAction Partner Program is designed to provide you with a host of benefits, unlimited opportunity, and reward your commitment to your customers, your business and our partnership.
There are four levels available in our partner program to match the differing types and capabilities of our channel partners. Greater performance and engagement brings greater reward and support to Silver, Gold and Platinum members.
The Registered Partner level is a great starting point for partners to learn more about LiveAction and is designed for partners who prefer to refer potential opportunities to LiveAction. The Registered Partner can take advantage of basic marketing services and enjoy receiving occasional communications from LiveAction.
Silver Partners have achieved proven success in the marketplace with LiveAction solutions. We offer these partners access to many useful resources available both online and offline, and provide full access to the many communications and sales tools available.
Gold Partners are experts in delivering LiveAction solutions to their customers and have demonstrated a high level of customer satisfaction and support. Gold Partners enjoy enhanced benefits plus access to internal LiveAction resources complementing the wealth of available sales, marketing, and support tools.
Platinum Partners have integrated the deepest level of LiveAction solution expertise into their offerings and demonstrate a measurably high level of customer support and satisfaction. Platinum Partners have access to the richest benefits, including extensive access to marketing, sales, and technical resources, with an additional focus on joint planning and the development of mutually beneficial customer relationships.

Business Planning and Review Meetings:
Quarterly or Semi-Annual joint account planning with a Channel Account Manager that includes a rolling business plan and revenue targets.
Monthly Sales Reporting:
Monthly pipeline development and forecasting reporting is required, as agreed to with the Channel Account Manager. Demonstrated sales activity such as demand-generation activities, closed sales, opportunity engagement with Channel Account Managers.
Deal and Opportunity Registration Program:
Partner will need to register all active Deals and Opportunities either online or with Channel Account Manager. Participation is mandatory and required to receive proper credit for any closed sales.
LiveAction Sales Training:
Partner Sales Team will need to complete the LiveAction Sales Overview Training provided by LiveAction.
Dependent of Partner Program tier Partners will be required to have the proper number of individuals complete the online certification program provided by LiveAction.
First line Support capability:
Partners must have support capability (i.e., front-line phone and email support), demonstrate the ability to provide first-level support to their customers (e.g., answer questions about customer’s license, installed base, and entitlement information as well as general product questions), and provide minimum customer response time. If a Partner’s customer has a second line technical issue, the Partner should contact LiveAction Support Team for further assistance on the customer’s behalf.
